Job Summary/Description:

FOX5, KVVU Las Vegas, is already home to the market's #1 news team. And now we're looking for an experienced Executive Producer to help lead and support the market's leading morning news team.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Strong news-producing skills and the ability to use that experience to mentor and guide a team of producers morning producers and anchor/reporters toward stated goals
- Exceptional communication skills and experience in creating a positive team environment
- Experience in being part of a forward-thinking, contemporary news management team focused on balancing business needs with respect and support of the news staff
- Excellent news judgment and decision-making ability
- Ability to work with the senior news management as needed to implement policies and procedures within the department

Job Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Ideal candidates should have at least 4 years of experience as a producer and previous experience as an Executive Producer
- The successful applicant's background must include, at minimum, a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism or the equivalent
- No beginners
