Join the Nashville Banner’s Independent Newsroom As An Enterprise Reporter
The Nashville Banner is seeking a driven, creative journalist to be our next enterprise reporter. This person is not afraid to dig into public records or data to explain them, but also knows that the best stories prioritize the people at the center of them. We’re looking for someone who can help hold institutions and people in power accountable and who is driven to get out into the community and amplify the voices of those often overlooked by mainstream media.
Our enterprise reporting has introduced our audience to Afghan asylum seekers navigating daily life in Nashville; to 9 year olds protesting for Gaza; to a Nashville barbecue joint leaving behind a lasting legacy on historic Jefferson Street. We’re excited to continue to build on this work.
